GENAI SUMMIT
Venue & Event Rules
Welcome to GenAI Summit. To ensure a safe, respectful and smooth experience for all attendees, speakers, partners, sponsors and staff, please observe the following rules throughout the Event.
Relationship with the Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase Terms
These Venue & Event Rules apply in addition to, and form an integral and supplementary part of, the GenAI Summit Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase Terms, as published on the Website and/or made available during the ticket purchase process.
By purchasing a ticket, accepting an invitation, receiving a pass or accreditation, entering the Event venue or attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Venue & Event Rules, the Terms of Use, the Ticket Purchase Terms, the Privacy Policy and any lawful rules or instructions communicated by the Organiser, the venue, security personnel or other authorised representatives.
In case of conflict between these Venue & Event Rules and the Terms of Use or Ticket Purchase Terms, the Terms of Use and Ticket Purchase Terms shall prevail, unless the relevant Venue & Event Rule concerns onsite safety, access control, security, venue operation or conduct during the Event, in which case the stricter or more specific onsite rule may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Admission & Badges
Entry to the Event is permitted only with a valid ticket, invitation, pass or accreditation.
Attendees may be asked to present identification or proof of ticket category, where reasonably required for access control, security, accreditation or compliance purposes.
Event badges must be worn visibly at all times inside the Event venue and may not be transferred to another person without the prior approval of the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not hold a valid ticket, invitation, pass or accreditation, or who does not comply with these rules.
2. Security & Venue Instructions
For safety and security reasons, attendees may be asked to undergo access control or security checks.
Attendees must comply with the lawful instructions of the Organiser, venue staff, security personnel and other authorised representatives.
The Organiser and/or the venue reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the Event, any person who breaches these rules or behaves in a way that may affect the safety, comfort or orderly running of the Event.
3. Respectful Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, moderators, attendees, sponsors, partners, venue staff, security personnel and the Organising team.
Harassment, intimidation, abusive behaviour, discriminatory conduct, threats, offensive language, unwanted attention, disruption of sessions or any conduct that may make others feel unsafe or uncomfortable will not be tolerated.
Any person engaging in such conduct may be removed from the Event without refund.
4. Photography, Video & Audio Recording by the Organiser
Photography, video recording and audio recording may take place during the Event by the Organiser or by persons authorised by the Organiser.
By entering and attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video recordings or audio recordings, especially in crowd shots, audience shots, session recordings, networking footage and general Event coverage.
Such material may be used for documentation, reporting, publicity, promotional and communication purposes relating to GenAI Summit, future editions of the Event and related activities of the Organiser.
If you do not wish to appear in close-up promotional content, please inform the Event help desk. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where feasible.
More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
5. Photography, Filming & Recording by Attendees
Attendees may take photos or short videos for personal, non-commercial use, provided that this does not interfere with the Event, breach venue rules or infringe the rights of others.
Attendees must not photograph, film, livestream, record or publish close-up or identifiable content of other attendees, speakers, staff, sponsors, partners or third parties without their permission.
Recording restrictions may apply in certain sessions, rooms or areas. Attendees must comply with any “no recording”, “no photography” or similar instruction communicated by the Organiser, speakers, venue staff or security personnel.
The Organiser may ask any attendee to stop recording, delete unlawfully recorded material, leave a session or leave the Event if these rules are breached.
6. Sessions, Speakers & Programme
The Event programme, speakers, moderators, agenda, session titles, room allocation, timing and ancillary activities may be modified for organisational, operational, safety or force majeure reasons.
Attendees are expected to arrive on time for sessions and to avoid behaviour that disrupts speakers, panels, workshops, demos, podcast recordings or other Event activities.
The Organiser may restrict access to certain rooms or sessions due to capacity, safety, speaker requirements or operational reasons.
7. Prohibited Items & Conduct
The following are not permitted inside the Event venue, unless expressly authorised:
dangerous or illegal items;
weapons or objects that may be used as weapons;

8. Commercial Activity & Solicitation
Unauthorised advertising, sales activity, product promotion, distribution of materials, recruitment activity, lead collection, badge scanning, surveys, filming for commercial purposes or other commercial exploitation of the Event is not permitted without the Organiser’s prior written approval.
Sponsors, partners, exhibitors and authorised participants must comply with the specific terms agreed with the Organiser.
9. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings, devices, bags, laptops and equipment.
