Theo is FDE Lead at Fireworks AI, where he helps startups and enterprises turn open models into specialized intelligence they own. He works with teams across the full path from prototype to production: post-training on their own data with supervised and reinforcement fine-tuning, rigorous evaluation, and fast, reliable inference at scale. Before Fireworks, he spent nearly a decade at Palantir deploying data and AI systems inside some of the world's largest organizations, rising to lead technical delivery on some of its largest global accounts, and he built and hired forward deployed engineering teams across Europe. Theo holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh and is based in Athens.
