Stergios Statharas is Head of Energy Market Analysis at Kiefer, where he leads the company’s RES Aggregator division and drives initiatives in market reform, renewable integration, and energy strategy. With a background in energy economics and system modelling, he has extensive experience in Green PPAs, energy storage (BESS) market participation, and advanced energy market simulations. He has contributed to multiple European policy projects on green transition and decarbonisation pathways. Stergios holds an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NTUA and is a PhD candidate in Energy Economics, focusing on energy market optimization and supporting sustainable energy growth.
