Saleh leads Global Al Advisory at Kyndryl and brings more than 25 years of technology and transformation leadership across the UAE and GCC. He led whole-of-government digital and Al transformation across more than 50 entities at Abu Dhabi's Department of Government Enablement, spent some 14 years transforming a regulated, safety-critical environment at ENEC, built an Al-native venture inside the ADQ portfolio at QData, and founded a venture-backed digital company.

He sits with CEOs, ClOs and Chief Data and Al Officers to talk through what Al-native really means for their organization, why Al programs stall between pilot and production, and how to design an Al operating model, governance and economics that scale. He holds an Executive MBA in innovation and entrepreneurship and a BSc in Computer Science from Nottingham.
