Rania Lamprou is the Co-founder and CEO of Simpler, a checkout and commerce infrastructure platform that helps online merchants remove friction from the purchase journey, on the stack they already run. Simpler works with merchants across Greece, the UK, Spain and Italy, and is exploring how checkout and payments need to evolve as AI assistants and agents start to shop on behalf of consumers. Rania has built her career in cross-functional leadership roles in startups, spanning marketing, business development, sales and product, with previous experience at Glispa and Market Group. She holds an MSc in International Management (CEMS) from Bocconi University and Rotterdam School of Management, and has been recognised four times in Fortune's 40 Under 40 list of entrepreneurs.
