Onur joined Microsoft 22 years ago, held 6 different positions on three different continents. Most of his Microsoft career were spent in product development at the Seattle headquarters, served as a product development director for Microsoft's HPC, Azure and Xbox products.

Before joining Microsoft worked as SW Architect in various projects in MEA region. He completed his master's degree in technology leadership at the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.

He is now Regional Technology Officer for Microsoft Southeast Europe and working on attracting new technology investments to region, creating innovative AI infused solutions and strategic customer/partner engagements.

He has been working on artificial intelligence technologies for over a decade. He is also the writer of “AI for A Better World” and “Secrets of AI for Children books.
