Marilena is a GenAI Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group, where she leads product strategy for enterprise GenAI and Agentic guardrails, helping the Group manage AI risk at scale and enable the safe development of GenAI and Agentic systems. Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, Marilena worked at Microsoft, managing major industry-leading enterprise accounts across a range of sectors and technology domains. She holds an MSc in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she specialized in Data and AI and worked as a graduate researcher on AI trust and Responsible AI. Marilena also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business, with a specialization in Business Analytics and Operations Research.
