My path started in data science and ML engineering before joining Databricks seven years ago. That practitioner background shapes everything I do today: I care about real use cases making it to production, rather than proofs of concept that stop at the pilot stage. The work I’m most proud of is the transformation I’ve driven alongside our customers. When we partner on something meaningful, take it all the way to production, and look back at the impact together, that is the work that matters. I want every engagement to end with both sides proud of what we built.
