Loizos is the accountable executive for the Data and Analytics team, accountable for the Data Engineering, Data Governance, Reporting and Analytics, Data science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence arms for the company. In his previous role as a Head of Risk Data at Lloyds Banking Group in London, he led a team responsible for Risk data products and applications, service management, change delivery, roadmap, backlog, and funding. Additionally he designed and rolled out the data science team strategy, governance framework, and capability development. He also built a new data science team in the Retail business division, and led the end-to-end delivery of several data science products, such as liquidity, PCA, and savings balance forecasting along with creating solutions that enhanced business performance, customer experience, and Risk management.
