As the Group Head of Data at Resolute Cepal Greece, Lefteris Sergios leads ReDataset, the company’s Data and Analytics arm, where he directs strategy and delivery of bespoke, data-driven and AI-enabled solutions for the real estate sector. Through ReDataset, he advances products and services with a progressive and applied data approach, combining dual expertise in real estate and technology. Lefteris brings extensive experience in data consultancy and strategic planning, offering tailored, high-quality support to a wide range of project stakeholders, including banks, funds, and investors. Prior to joining Resolute Cepal Greece, he served as Director and Head of Data and Analytics at Alpha Bank, where he led all real estate data initiatives at Alpha Astika Akinita. A qualified RIBA architect in the UK and licensed engineer with the Technical Chamber of Greece, Lefteris earned his engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds dual postgraduate degrees in Urban Data Science and Smart Cities from University College London (UCL).
