He advises executive teams on threat exposure, regulatory obligations and investment priorities, translating technical findings into risk, cost and competitive terms. He has led engagements under DORA, NIS2, GDPR and the EU AI Act, and has built security programs for critical infrastructure. Konstantinos is at the forefront of AI-driven security in the region, leading delivery of Cyber.AI, Accenture’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform. His current focus areas include AI security, post-quantum cryptography readiness and the emerging threat landscape shaped by frontier AI models.
