Konstantinos has the privilege of leading a diverse set of people that together make up PwC’s Greece Workforce Transformation - a dynamic and fast-growing capability 60+ with two large communities of practice covering People and Change related services. He has assisted high-profile organizations during their transformation initiatives, with previous expertise in technology and strategy, having worked predominantly in the UK as a member of strategy& (part of PwC Network), and PwC Middle East as part of a three-year secondment. His primary focus is organizational agility, skills and change programmes, as well as workforce productivity, powered by AI. This combination gives him the opportunity to bring together teams from diverse backgrounds while focusing on reducing the complexity of our clients' C-suite decision-making – especially as organizations start to transition to a hybrid Human & AI world. He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, an M.Sc. in Management Information Systems London School of Economics, a B.Sc. in Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and he is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
