With over 25 years of experience in Telecoms, Automotive, and FMCG, he has led major digital, commercial and CX initiatives. Ioannis is a business-oriented leader who now drives OTE’s AI-powered transformation to enhance the company’s growth. His past roles include management and engineering roles in STET Hellas (now NOVA), Jaguar Cars UK, and Weetabix UK. He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Statistics, and an MBA from Warwick.
