Dr. Ilias Kikilias, who holds a Ph.D. in Economics, is the Managing Director of the Institute of the Greek Tourism Confederation (INSETE). He is also a Research Director at the National Centre for Social Research of Greece. From 2009 to 2013, Dr. Kikilias served as Governor of the Manpower Employment Organization of Greece (OAED - Public Employment Service, currently DYPA). In the recent past, he has also held the positions of General Director of the National Institute of Labour, as well as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Human Resources Support Services S.A., a subsidiary of the Ministry of Labour. He has taught at universities in Greece and abroad, maintaining long-standing collaborations with Panteion University and the University of Cambridge. He has extensive experience in policy design, research, strategic planning, and high-level management. Dr. Kikilias has participated in numerous high-level committees at both the European and national levels, including the Employment Committee and the Social Protection Committee of the Council of the European Union.
