George Riskas is Head of Digital at Papastratos, a Philip Morris International affiliate, where he is responsible for leading the organization's digital transformation, strategy and AI adoption. With over 20 years of experience, he is a technology leader with a demonstrated track record in digital strategy, product management, and large-scale solution delivery across industries, including fintech and telco. George has held various leadership roles both in Greece and internationally, driving innovation and strategic growth. He holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a postgraduate degree in Advanced Computing from Imperial College London.
