He has consistently championed the use of digital tools, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled HR systems to elevate employee experience, strengthen workforce planning, and modernize recruitment, learning, and performance frameworks. During his role as Managing Director of Excelixi S.A., he further accelerated technology integration, leading new product development, digital service offerings, and operational excellence through modern systems and quality-driven processes. Across his career, he has been recognized for fostering innovation, cultivating high-performing teams, and mentoring startups and young professionals in technology entrepreneurship ecosystems.
