Co Founder @ Novelcore

George Domalis is the Co-founder and Technical Manager of Novelcore, where he leads the architectural design of AI-driven information systems. A graduate of the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department at the University of Patras, he is currently a PhD candidate specializing in “Machine learning for forensic and Investigative Psychology.” With a portfolio of over 15 Research & Innovation projects, including key roles in EU initiatives, George bridges the gap between theoretical innovation and industrial application. His technical expertise lies in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Knowledge Graphs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). His current research focuses on developing advanced methodologies for domain adaptation—specifically knowledge-graph-driven fine-tuning—and constructing high-performance Greek embedding models (Themida, GEMs). At Novelcore, he applies these cutting-edge techniques to enhance actionable knowledge discovery and policy-making in public deliberation contexts.
