Felix de Grey is AI and SaaS Portfolio Manager at Endeavor Greece, where he leads the organisation's work with AI founders. Endeavor selects, mentors and invests in high-impact entrepreneurs across more than 45 markets. Felix's role involves finding the most promising AI and SaaS companies with a connection to Greece, and supporting their founders through access to capital, new markets and peer support. His portfolio includes Runway, Reflection AI, Resolve AI, Arena AI and Omilia. Before joining Endeavor, Felix founded and ran Cogs AI, a tech company building software for people with ADHD and autism, for four years. He moved to Athens from London three years ago and works across the Greek tech ecosystem, connecting founders with investors, corporates and the wider Endeavor network in Europe and the US. Felix holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s from the London School of Economics.
