Eleftheria Despoinara is an Associate Director at Accenture, based at the Data & AI Global Innovation Center in Athens. As a Data Scientist, she brings more than 15 years of experience leading large and complex data analysis projects, supporting clients across diverse industries worldwide — including Telecommunications, FMCG, Retail, Insurance, and Banking. In recent years, her focus has been on the energy sector, where she leads a team developing data-driven solutions and AI innovations for clients worldwide. In February 2023, she also assumed the role of Inclusion & Diversity Lead for Accenture Greece, driving the development and implementation of strategies that foster a culture of equality and belonging across the organization. Eleftheria holds a Diploma in Applied Mathematics and Physical Sciences from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
