Dr. Stavros Vassos is Co-Founder and CTO of Helvia.ai, an enterprise AI company helping organizations transform the way they work through intelligent AI agents. Helvia.ai provides an integrated AI ecosystem, including an Agents Platform for designing and managing AI agents, Helvia One, a personal AI co-worker for every employee, and Helvia Software Studio, which brings AI agent teams into software development. Its solutions are available through EU-hosted cloud infrastructure or on-premises, serving enterprises and public sector organizations across industries including energy, aviation, insurance, staffing and gaming. Stavros is an AI expert with more than 20 years of experience across academia, research and industry. He holds an MSc and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, where his research focused on cognitive agents with planning and reasoning capabilities, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Before founding Helvia in 2016, he was an Assistant Professor at Sapienza University of Rome. He is passionate about bridging cutting-edge AI and real-world business impact.
