Dimitris Keramidas is a Senior AI Product Manager at Kaizen Gaming, where he works with the company’s GenAI teams on products across Sportsbook, CX, and Marketing. His work includes Betano AI, Betano’s conversational AI assistant, serving millions of customers in 12+ countries. Previously, he founded TapeTales, Greece’s first audiobook subscription platform, which was acquired by Bookvoice (part of Public Group). He subsequently served as Head of Product at Bookvoice, leading the rebuild of its entire product experience and launching its subscription service. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Technische Universitat Berlin.
