Dimitris Damaskos is Head of Business Systems and AI Enablement at Epignosis, the learning technology company behind TalentLMS and eFront, where he bridges enterprise systems architecture and organizational AI adoption. Since January 2026, Dimitris has built Epignosis's AI enablement programme from the ground up: a champions network that grew from 6 pioneers to more than 100 active users across every department, culminating in successful enterprise-scale AI procurement and a company-wide operating model where every team designs its own AI-assisted workflows. His approach is architectural rather than evangelical: build the governance, security protocols, and knowledge-transfer systems first, then let adoption compound on its own. His governance-first instinct comes from nearly a decade of building trust into systems. Before his current role, Dimitris served as Epignosis's Information Security Officer, Head of IT, and Data Protection Officer responsible for GDPR, SOC2, and ISO 27001 compliance, following nearly five years transforming the company's IT department and three years as an IT administrator at Workable. Dimitris holds a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of East London, is a certified data protection professional (CDPO).
