Christos has over 20 years of experience in leadership positions, across varied roles and environments, in academia, government and public sector (GPS) as well as in consulting, leading a large number of GPS projects concerning optimization and AI, mathematical programming, business analytics, ICT systems, business process re-engineering, and business transformation. As the Government and Public Sector Leader at EY in Greece, Christos plays a pivotal role in navigating funding, across all Service Lines, understanding and identifying market needs, designing and introducing innovative products and services. Christos is also a professor of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). He has been included for six consecutive years within Stanford University’s annual list of the world's top 2% most influential scientists in the fields of operations research and artificial intelligence. In addition, having a very successful teaching record at all levels, from undergraduates to business executives MBA students at AUEB, Christos was awarded the best teaching award for more than 30 times in total. He was also elected Head of the Department of Management Science and Technology at AUEB.
