Antonis Kotzamanidis founded Entersoft and is now the Chairman & CEO of ENTERSOFTONE (ES1) which was formed through the strategic merger of Entersoft and SOFTONE, creating the leading technology group in the Greek business software market. Under his leadership ES1 grew further with double digit figures and attracted the biggest foreign investment in business software in Greece. In 2026 Hg Capital acquired a majority stake of 70% in ES1 at a valuation of more than 1b euros. He holds a PhD in Computing from Imperial College London. He has served on the Board of the Greek Federation of IT companies (SEPE) as well as on the General Council of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV), contributing to the advancement of Greece’s technological ecosystem.
