Alexandros Vasileiou is an accomplished Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps Architect with extensive expertise in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, systems architecture, and artificial intelligence. Since joining UBITECH in April 2021, he has played a key role in designing and delivering innovative technology solutions, including advanced AI-powered conversational systems (infobots) for the Hellenic Government. Alongside his contributions to these initiatives, he oversees the operation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of UBITECH’s in-house data center and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. His technical expertise spans full-stack development, Kubernetes orchestration, on-premises and public cloud environments, infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices. He holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Information Systems from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Combining a strong academic foundation with hands-on engineering experience, Alexandros is dedicated to architecting resilient, scalable, and forward-thinking solutions that drive technological innovation, enhance organizational efficiency, and modernize digital public services.
