Nancy Zachariadou has been with Piraeus Bank for 28 years and, since 2020, serves as Director at the Corporate Responsibility Unit. In this role, she oversees the design and implementation of the Bank’s CSR strategy, advancing programmes and partnerships that deliver structured, measurable social impact across society and culture. Her previous experience includes ten years in the Customer Experience & Loyalty Unit, where she developed strong expertise in customer insights, qualitative and quantitative research, and service design. She began her career in retail banking, spending 13 years in customer-facing roles and rising to the highest level of branch management. Nancy holds a degree in French Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School. She is a frequent speaker in conferences and high-impact fora, contributing to the public dialogue on corporate responsibility, social cohesion and equal opportunities, within the framework of Piraeus Bank’s multidimensional CSR strategy.
