Nancy Zachariadou

Director | Group Cultural and Social Initiatives at Piraeus Bank

Nancy Zachariadou is working in Piraeus Bank for 25 years and for the last 2 years she has joined the Group Cultural and Social Initiatives Unit, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies, action plans and initiatives that generate measurable social impact. Prior to this position, she worked for 10 years in the Customer Experience and Loyalty Unit, acquiring significant experience in customer experience as well as in qualitative and quantitative research field. Her career journey started from the crucial field of retail banking, where she worked for 13 years, reaching the highest level of branch management level.

Graduated from Arsakeia – Tositseia Schools in 1990, she completed her studies in French Literature at the National Kapodestrian University of Athens and received her MBA from ALBA Graduate Business School, the American College of Greece, Athens.

She participates in numerous conferences and fora as a public speaker, advocating Piraeus Bank’s important initiatives and actions for society under the multidimensional corporate responsibility strategy that is being implemented, to contribute to the formation of a society of equal people.
