Ioanna Taouki is the Lead GenAI Instructional Designer at 100mentors, where she designs large-scale learning experiences that empower educators, students, and organizations to integrate Generative AI meaningfully and responsibly into their daily practice. With a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and a research background spanning metacognition, learning, and educational technology, she bridges scientific insight with practical instructional design to create programs that are both impactful and human-centered. She leads the development of asynchronous online courses—such as GenAI Fundamentals—as well as highly interactive live sessions tailored to businesses, schools, and educational or CSR-driven initiatives. Her work supports professionals in building critical AI literacy, strengthening decision-making, and adopting emerging tools in ways that enhance rather than overwhelm their everyday workflows. To date, she has trained more than 4,000 learners across Europe and beyond, guiding them in building future-ready skills and using Generative AI meaningfully, ethically, and creatively. Ioanna is committed to bridging neuroscience, education, and technology. Her mission is to ensure that AI becomes a tool for empowerment—supporting human curiosity, problem-solving, and agency—while keeping educators and learners at the center of innovation.
